Investigation and Corrective Action

York Robotics will promptly and thoroughly investigate all reported complaints of discrimination. Subsequently, if an investigation reveals that discrimination has occurred, the organization will take appropriate corrective action, which may include disciplining individuals, up to and including terminating membership, participation, volunteer status, or employment, as appropriate.

Retaliation Prohibited

York Robotics strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or participates in an investigation under this policy.

Furthermore, York Robotics will periodically review and update this policy as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and its ongoing commitment to nondiscrimination.
